Collision Craft in Kalispell, Montana

After my Nissan Rogue went off the road because of ice I took it to Nissan they eventually sent it to Collision Craft because damage to my vehicle they could not do. Collision Craft did a horrible job. When I went to get it back they said to me everything should be fine. If not bring it back to them. As soon as I left there place with the vehicle driving on some snow the all wheel light said it was overheating. It did do this before they work on it. I took it back to them and they said take back to the Nissan dealership. I did the dealership found that they had gone into my all wheel drive system under my vehicle opened it up, did something to it and then glued it back together. The dealer said if it had continued to drive back to Portland I could of been stranded at the Idaho/Montana Pass the part where there is no cell phone coverage. The dealership had me call them and had no bays to look at Colission Craft. So the dealer asked them to come to theirs since my car was already up on a bay at the dealership. Collision craft people tried to sneak into the back area where my car was being worked on. Luckily they were spotted by the dealer people and escorted back there. Then about 3 weeks ago while going up to our family cabin on the North Fork Montana my transmissions fluid near the front all came out and blew my transmissions. There was no cell phone coverage and in -10F waited hours until the border patrol towed me to the paved area where triple A towed me to Nissan. Nissan replaced my transmissions and said the hose had come lose from the radiator, and was not connected right when done by Collision Craft. I talk to a second Nissan in Spokane and they said the same thing. Do not use this collision shop they cost me an extra 6500 dollars in a job they should of done right the first time. Avoid them at all cost and if your vehicle is in a accident or goes off the road go somewhere else for your business unless you want to pay extra in thousands of dollars in cost for fixing bad work on your vehicle!

Steer clear at all costs. I would never take another vehicle here or suggest anyone take anything here. I tried to explain my experience but was told that I exceeded the maximum character limit on my post!!!!
