The following is a press release from the Kalispell Police Department: KALISPELL, Mont. - On 9/23/23 at 11:36pm, Kalispell Police Officers responded to an apartment complex on the west side of the city for a report of a physical disturbance in progress between a male and female. Upon arrival, officers located the female victim and removed her from the scene. She was treated by the Kalispell Fire Department for minor injuries. The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Trevor Berggren, who had barricaded himself inside his apartment and refused to submit to arrest.
