I’ve given Sportsman’s a lot of opportunity and have continuely asked why they sell Osprey packs and bladders, but do not stock replacement connectors, hoses, straps, clips, zipper cords, etc. Everytime I go to look a floor salesperson asks why I like Osprey, then pressures me into buying another brand. I guess the expectation is if something breaks or cracks that I’ll simply buy the whole thing brand new again. There’s more than just Northface and Camelback. Which they have quite a stock of replacement parts and extensions for. I really try to keep my money local, but after having the same experience over and over, I guess I’ll purchase my Osprey equipment elsewhere if they aren’t going to fully back it. Sorry...
